I just wanted to give a little feedback on this morning's class. Sullivan and I left Matt Randall's really excited today. We both noticed such a difference in the class today for having additional instructors on hand. I noticed that the extra direction Sullivan received made for an excited, confident Sullivan. Just having the extra hands on board to show him how his body should be moving, standing, etc made a huge difference. Even in the exercises his body was more properly positioned. We were super excited and just wanted to share with you what a great day it was.
