Holly Cow!  What a great weekend.  If you missed it, well…you really missed it.  At 73 years old he still moves like he’s in his twenties.  There is a reason why he is called a living legend.

I can’t wait to share this information with our black belts and instructors.

WOW! So much new information to bring back for our black belts. My mind is mush and there is 6 more hours tomorrow.
