Happy post Christmas Break!
Just a reminder for all those who would like to get centered again that on Thursday, December 30 at 10:00 am at the Black Belt Academy in the Stratham Plaza (Rt 108 across from the BMW Dealer), Stratham NH there will be a Free Tai Chi Class. This is open to all levels.
If you need to reduce the stress of the holidays or just want to relax and get focused to set you New Year's resolutions then come on by. I look forward to seeing you!
